Multilayer stainless steel pans are ideal for achieving greater energy efficiency. Due to their construction, they do not require high heat to cook; they heat up evenly and more quickly than traditional pans with a diffusion base. Additionally, they maintain temperature, allowing (and encouraging) you to cook at medium or even low heat with excellent results. For proper use and maintenance, wash the pan with hot water and a little soap before using it for the first time, rinse, and dry thoroughly. You can use it on all types of heat sources, including induction and oven. The diameter of the heating element should match the base of the pan as closely as possible. To preserve its durability, it is important to heat it gradually and never heat it empty. Avoid using the booster or high power settings (you should not cook at more than 2/3 of the maximum power of the heat source, as the pan retains heat very well). To clean it, you can use a soft sponge and non-abrasive soap when the pan is cold. It can also be washed in the dishwasher.
