According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Article 71, and Law 3/2014 of March 27, products purchased from Claudia&Julia may be returned and refunded within 14 calendar days without justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can call us at +34 935 953 729 or email us at tienda@claudiaandjulia, and we will inform you of the steps to follow.

Products paid for by credit card or PayPal will be credited back to the same payment account after the product is received. Refunds are always made via bank transfer to the customer's account. The refund will be processed as soon as possible (in any case, within 14 calendar days).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

• The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
• The shipment must be made using the same box or wrapping in which it was received to protect the product.
• If it is not possible to use the original wrapping, the customer must protect the product so that it arrives with the highest possible guarantees for review.
• The return must be communicated, or the package must include a copy of the delivery note or invoice issued inside the wrapping, explaining the reason for the return.
• If the reason for exercising the right of withdrawal is attributable to the store (the product is incorrect or incomplete, it is not what was ordered, etc.), the return amount will be refunded. If the reason is different, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
