RETURNS POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and the Omnibus Directive 2019/2161/EU

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

Refund

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Product Return

We will send you a prepaid return label. The collection or return of the item will be free of charge.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3. Condition of the Returned Product

You have the right to examine and check the item in the same way you would in a physical store. This includes opening the packaging and testing the product (without using it) to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning.

However, you shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Examples of acceptable use (without depreciation):

• Opening the packaging to examine the item.
• Placing the product on an induction hob only to check whether it works correctly.
• Switching on and verifying the basic functioning of an appliance.
• Checking the dimensions or colour of the item.

Examples of use that may cause depreciation:

• Using a product for cooking, or in contact with food.
• Using an appliance continuously for several days.
• Damaging, scratching or deteriorating the product beyond reasonable examination.
• Unnecessarily removing labels or warranty seals.

Should depreciation be noted due to such use, we will inform you of the amount to be deducted from the reimbursement with detailed justification. The reimbursement of the remaining amount will in any event be made within the established timeframe.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following contracts, pursuant to art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Goods which after delivery have, according to their nature, been inseparably mixed with other items.

5. Step-by-Step Returns Process

• Step 1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the order, either by email or through the actions available on our website to return an order.
• Step 2. We will send you a receipt confirmation and a return label.
• Step 3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the indicated collection point within 14 days.
• Step 4. Once we have received the item or proof of shipment, we will proceed to a full refund within a maximum of 14 days.
