Is the parcel always delivered to the address provided?

In most cases, your parcel will be delivered to the address you provided. However, as delivery is carried out by an external courier company, their terms and conditions state that the standard delivery service consists of delivering the parcel to the entrance or ground-floor access point of the specified address.

The courier will normally attempt delivery at the address provided. If nobody is available to receive the parcel or delivery is not possible, the shipment may be taken to a Service Point, and the customer will be notified so that it can be collected there.

In accordance with Spanish Law 15/2009 of 11 November on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Land (Articles 33 and 36), and the general terms and conditions of the courier companies, carriers are not required to deliver parcels inside a property where there are obstacles such as the absence of a lift, the weight or size of the parcel, or other characteristics of the building that make direct delivery impractical. In these situations, the courier may leave the parcel at the building entrance or propose an alternative delivery option, such as a collection point or local depot.

If you require a special delivery service (such as delivery to a specific floor or inside the property), any additional charges established by the courier company will be the customer's responsibility.
