If you change your mind, you can return purchased products with no time limit, as long as they have not been used and all original packaging is retained.
To make a return, you can go to our Help Center page. There, you will find the "Make an exchange or return" option, where you can follow the step-by-step procedure. We will guide you on how to send the product quickly and easily. If you have any doubts during the process, our support team is available to assist you.
Returns from the Canary Islands have a cost, which will be reflected on the returns portal. We offer two options for returning the package: you can either drop it off at a nearby delivery point or hand it over to the carrier at the address you provide.
The returned product must be handed over to the carrier inside another standard box (whether the Claudia&Julia box it arrived in or another, but the product cannot be handed directly to the carrier).
If this is not done, we will not be able to accept the return, and we will send the items that do not meet the specified conditions back to you. The shipping costs for this will be the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving your return and once the warehouse gives us the OK, we will process the refund for the returned products (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible (in any case, within 14 calendar days). Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or you can choose to receive the refund as a gift card to use in our store.
