Cleaning stuck food residues in cast iron utensilsUpdated 7 months ago

We will help you remove stuck food residues from your cast iron utensil. It is always important to let it cool down before washing. If food gets stuck at any time, to remove difficult or sticky residues, when the utensil is not very hot, fill it completely with warm water and let it soak for about 15-20 minutes. After that, wash it, rinse it, and dry it before storing. To remove small dirt residues, a dishwashing brush can be helpful, but do not use sponges or abrasive detergents on the cooking surface. To ensure the best cleaning, Le Creuset recommends using their Pots & Pans cleaner for their pieces.
